The Pitch Challenge
Have your students enter pitch videos and compete for prizes!
Open to Ohio Elementary, Middle & High School Students
Teaching kids about entrepreneurship allows them to build and flex entrepreneurial mindsets like resourcefulness, problem-solving, curiosity, opportunity seeking, adaptability, and creativity – skills essential for success in school, work, and life – whether or not they go on to become entrepreneurs.
Don’t reinvent the wheel: use free curriculum from Young Entrepreneur Institute, VentureLab, WagiLabs, or others to facilitate engaging activities for in-person or virtual settings culminating in students making pitches for their business ideas. Record and enter these pitch videos to have students compete for prizes.
Prizes:
Award categories for elementary, middle, and high school students.
1st Place – $500 Amazon gift card and consultation with a successful entrepreneur
2nd Place – $250 Amazon gift card
